The orphan receives 4 quarterly payments throughout the year. The payments are distributed in March, June, September and December.

Yes, extra monetary gifts are encouraged at any time of the year and can be sent on occasions such as Ramadhan and Eid, or on a regular basis. Administration fees are not deducted from extra monetary gifts.

What happens if I wish to cancel my sponsorship?

If possible we ask that you give 3 months notice, so that we can find another donor. If this is not possible the orphan will be supported from the Orphans General Fund  until another sponsor is found.

What other ways can I support orphan projects:

The Orphans General Fund (OGF) allows you to help more than one orphan.  OGF donations are used for projects that benefit orphans, their families and their communities. The projects focus on education, health, social welfare, sports, leisure and income generation activities.
